Horrible experience. Waste of time. Max is very rude. There are a lot of more professional and friendly places around.
I bought some engineered hardwood flooring at a store in the east bay, but the planks looked absolutely nothing like the display. The display had the dry sawn look (when wood is cut with a blade like a slice of bread), but the sample was a misrepresentation of the actually planks which were cut with the knife slice method, creating the ugly wavy gravy look throughout.
