From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism, genuine empathy and clear communication. With only 30 minutes left until close, the pharmacy team actively listened to my request. I even suggested returning the following day discouraged that and emphasized the urgency to administer the medication. Charlotte was so kind and helpful. She helped me find my medication that was on back order at my original pharmacy. I transferred my family to this pharmacy because of the great service and location.
Amazing customer service. Had a family member wait at the last moment to renew a prescription before traveling out of country. When the medicine needed was unavailable at the Portobello location, the pharmacist went out of her way and had a transfer done. Within a couple hours the prescription was ready for pickup at the Portobello location, saving us a ton of stress and aggravation. This is the best pharmacy i have ever been to. The staff is excellent, friendly , knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions or assist in any way possible. They always have a smile on their faces and super nice to interact with. Highly recommended them.
Absolutely wonderful staff to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to help me. They have even reached out to another pharmacy and arranged to have a prescription filled for me. They are absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend them enough.
