Update.. I went to VCAT and had a judgement in my favour. ..This review was originally posted on the Greensborough store page but all the work was handled by Astral who is based in the Camberwell store as i assume are the jewelers who destroyed my bracelet.... If you have a jewellery repair find a shop with a jeweler on site to avoid the stress and headaches.. if you have such a great jeweler on site why was my bracelet sent off for a quote?? I had a wonderful experience at Portabella Camberwell. I purchased a pearl multi-layer necklace as a gift for my mum, and the quality was excellent—truly authentic and beautifully made. The customer service was outstanding; she was very polite, pleasant, and kindly helped me try and adjust the necklace. As a regular customer, I’ve always found their pearls, and earrings, to be of great quality.
Wonderful level of service provided by Danielle. Visited the store looking for a minor repair which she performed free of charge. Friendly, helpful and customer-focussed. Will definitely return when I require a beautiful piece of jewellery!
