Absolutely loved Portobello Jewellers! I bought a few pieces today and I’m honestly so happy with everything. Beautiful jewellery, really good prices, and I love that they also offer services like adjusting/fixing necklaces so they fit exactly how you want. The whole place has such a nice energy and the owner was sooo sweet and helpful. I felt really comfortable there and the service was amazing. Definitely coming back!

Staff are so delightful and warm and welcoming! I have purchases multiple items from this store and including my engagement ring! Clementine was awesome at the Canterbury store. I’d been wanting to do a necklace and earring set with my kids birth stones for years. From my idea to the finished piece, Clementine listened and collaborated with such thought and care - the stunning finished product couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend, great experience start to finish!
I popped in for the first time today. The collection here is a delight to peruse and the gold hoops I bought were of top notch (old school) craftsmanship. Astral and Rose were such a delight to chat to and were wonderful with looking after me as a first time client. Will definitely be coming back!
