I have been a customer for 21 years. I moved out of NYC and still drive 3 and a half hours just to have Lucia cut, condition & style my hair. Many a time she has saved my curly locks. I'm ever so grateful for the many years of great hair she has given me.
lucia did perm(relaxer) on my daughters hair and next day her hair was still curly. she refused to redo her hair or refund money. very ugly and nasty woman
