Pizza is delicious ordered it to go several times. Went in and sat down service is good and food is even better very authentic.
The food was delicious! I was highly impressed! The servers were so nice! I love supporting small family owned businesses! The only reason I put 4 stars in the service was because it was so busy that we waited to get some drinks refilled but it wasn’t terribly long.
Asked to substitute spaghetti noodles for a different type of pasta. Was told NO - not even for additional cost. Was going to order a $19 meal instead I ordered $10. Asked to speak with a manager to voice constructive criticism and was told the manager was too busy to speak with me. The food was good but not great. This is the first bad review I’ve ever given. I usually only give 5 star reviews. But the careless concern of a customer’s 1st (and last) visit to this establishment warrants a critical review in my opinion!
