You’d be very lucky to live here. My wife and I moved into this apartment right before we got married and couldn’t be happier with the people running it. We’re very blessed to have gotten to know the staff from Oscar, Jimmy Maddy and will miss Getzy as she moves to another property. She was nothing but amazing throughout our moving process and always went above and beyond for any of our requests.
I have been living in these apartments since July 2023, I am updating my review just so whoever needs to see this sees it. I LOVE living here, its a safe community etc however I live on my own and now I am being forced to move due to them increasing my rent from $1,955 to $2030 *after 10 months of living there (rates before utilities). Also these apartments don't qualify for rent control either. Very sad to have to move but the office staff are all great and I have nothing negative to say regarding customer service etc.
I been here for 5 years at porto bealla.i wanna say the maintenance is A+ also Getzy excellent customer service she is always on top of everything. She will take the time the to help you with any needs in the apartment.never has a bad artitude i recommend to anyone. Who is looking for some where to live.Getzy she a smile that welcomes you to rent.
