Dr Jones has a great bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. He didn't act rushed, like so many other doctors. The staff was friendly and efficient and we were seen within 5 minutes of our appointment. The only issue I was uncomfortable with was their front desk girl asked me some personal questions in front of a waiting room full of people, NOTHING HIPA related. I waited in the medical room for more than an hour while 2 other patients were seen before me, that came in a 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. I simply walked out and told them not to bother. If you try to reach the front desk receptionist, good luck. I spent an extra 1/2 hour in the front office replicating all my information, as they installed new software, losing all my information and medical history. Dr. Orien is an amazing urologist. He's kind and actually listened to my problems when no one else knew what was wrong with me. He's talented with procedures and knows all the newest research out there. Definitely recommend him!
