I have been going here for 4 years. I am always only at the office for 30 min for my visits. If I call and leave a message I get a call back quickly. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for very long. I feel like they really know how to manage the schedule. The doctors always listen and I feel like I get to ask all my questions. I have been to four other gastroenterologists and this is by far my favorite! I live 40 minutes away and continue to come here even though I have closer doctors.

As a practicing gastroenterologist myself just to set the stage, for better or worse. You would think I would know how a GI practice/endoscopy facility works. So I take a relative in for endoscopy. The staff would not allow me to go back into the pre/post area and I am not allowed to speak with the physician after the procedure. Before my procedure, Dr. Gutman explained everything thoroughly. He had a very positive demeanor. After the procedure, he gave me further information. I appreciate the time & care he gave me.

By far and away the worst experience I've ever had The previous doctor I had asked on multiple occasions while doing scopes upper and lower to look into certain things that I was having problems with and he did not I was not going to make a third trip here however there was a new doctor and I wanted to give him an opportunity I asked him to specifically look at something when he was doing one of my scopes and did not do that either on top of this problem on multiple occasions I was told that I was not going to be charged for... read more
