They are known throughout Portneuf Medical Center as the most difficult department to work with. Every interaction I have with them they leave me feeling like an inconvenience. They’ll run a bunch of tests and disregard half of the results and refuse to explain in layman’s terms why. Any follow up questions get ignored or answered in a very condescending way. They seem like they know what they are doing, but don’t expect them to treat you with any dignity or respect.
Matt is awesome. Takes his time to explain everything and makes sure I understand.
I couldn't have asked for better treatment from the beginning throughout my experience with Dr. Johnathan Godfrey and all staff members and nurses.
Everyone is so nice here! I was really nervous going in but the staff was more than great! Lisa is so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed! She offered me several warmed blankets and checked on me every 10 minutes. I felt very well taken care of!
Very good place for any medical problem, excellent medical staff.
