Valeria was very helpful throughout our process. We did not know what to do as it was our first time but she really explained the steps and expectations.
If i could 0 stars I would. What an absolute disgrace. They didn’t talk to me 95% of the time i used them and when they did they were rude and condescending. They talk to you like absolute trash on the phone in ways they would never talk to someone in real life. I started my case in february of 24, essentially heard very little until it was time for my hearing in november and then i heard nothing for months.
