I called yesterday and gave the guy all my personal information and said a lawyer will call me shortly. Turns out they never recorded my information in their system but he asked me a lot of personal information. I waited a whole day and they did completely nothing. What are you doing with my personal information if you are not saving it in your records? I could not work with a business who ask for personal information and not use it for business purposes.
