When you hire a professional—especially someone with a degree and a title—you expect not just expertise, but basic customer service, respect, and human compassion. Disappointed! I had high hopes for this firm given the reviews!! Had an appointment scheduled by phone, waited and waited and no one reached out. Called back to see if the attorney was behind schedule but all the call center could do was leave a message. Not worth the back and forth to be honest.

I had an accident a few years ago I hired Portner & Sure my car was destroyed and I had a dislocated shoulder I lost work for a month, I still suffer from pain due to the accident, the compensation I received was about $7000, compared to others accidents of other people with minor injuries they received much more, I would not recommend them to anyone
