I have shopped at Portmans regularly over the years, and have always had a good experience until recently. Customer service at Mandurah forum has drastically gone down hill over the past year. No greeting or acknowledgement by staff at all and no offers to assist etc. Today an older woman placed a rack of clothes right in front of me where I was looking, blocking me in and didn’t say a word. Appalling lack of service. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Disappointing customer service
I have received fantastic service from Carey at the Mandurah Forum store today. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with finding what I needed for an upcoming event. Friendly, professional and extensive product knowledge. Thanks Carey, you made my purchasing a breeze!
Caroline is amazing l buy yesterday and theres no black suit on the display and she really help me to find the top l need l love her, keep it up Caroline l will be back and purchase again.....instead to buy 1, l bought of them coz of 40% off for this Caroline informed me about the promo. Thank you
I needed to return a dress that I had changed my mind about that was for a wedding. The shop assistant Sonia was so helpful, sorting out the exchange and helping me find the perfect dress for the event. She listened to my likes/dislikes and my story. She was patient, kind and professional. I walked out happy and with the perfect outfit. Thank you
