Thank you to Carey. Very positive experience for us today, my partner was looking for a top to match her skirt and with her kind help and recommendations we were able to find the right pick for her.
I have shopped at Portmans regularly over the years, and have always had a good experience until recently. Customer service at Mandurah forum has drastically gone down hill over the past year. No greeting or acknowledgement by staff at all and no offers to assist etc. Today an older woman placed a rack of clothes right in front of me where I was looking, blocking me in and didn’t say a word. Appalling lack of service. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
