I have been going to postman's in joondalup for many years. 80% of my clothes are from postmans. I absolutely love the quality... why i keep going back at least once a week is the customer service. It's exceptional. Specially 2 staff members I think one is the manager called Vera and another absolutely gorgeous lady called Tillia, please forgive me if I have not spelled it right. Claire helped me the other day choose an outfit for a wedding and she was amazing! The perfect sales woman. She was understanding, considerate, she listened, and was sympathetic to my frustrations. I’m not usually a huge fan of Portmans due to bad experiences with sizing being on the smaller side. However thanks to Claire I will be going back.
I was helped by Maria who went above and beyond with her service, offering to stem my new jacket (while I finished up in the centre). She noticed noticed ann imperfection while doing it so steamed another and gave me the option of which I wanted to take.
