I came into the store because I am wanting to expand my professional attire. I was greeted by Lorraine who was nothing but helpful and kind. She gave me feedback about what colours would work together and had a very calm and warming demeanour. While i didn’t buy anything today I will definitely be coming back to this store because of her customer service.
Helpful staff! Greeted me and asked me if I needed any help, assisted me with changerooms and since my size wasn’t out on the floor the staff pulled out the item and size I was looking for from the back which converted to the sale. Thank you!
Staff was very rude Luckily my recipe said her name is Sandra Also I want to mention I’m Asian and she seems to be rude with other Asian too according to previous reviews! First I waited at the cashier and nobody came The shop wasn’t even busy Then she proceeded to ignore me and start folding clothes I had to call her said I would like to do a refund and she made an annoyed face And I asked how long would refund take and she said she has no idea - wow someone who works in retail and would be doing this all the time can tell ... read more

Wanted to shout out Anna. She was working alone on a busy Friday night yet was super helpful and guided me through the store for the exact items I wanted (including a flowery black shirt I unfortunately didn’t end up purchasing). Incredibly nice to all customers while I was shopping too!
