I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were talking loudly among themselves, which was quite distracting and unprofessional. The lady who served me seemed to be new and made several mistakes during my transaction. I understand that new staff need time to learn, but unfortunately, the other staff members were not supportive or helpful at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating and could have been handled much better.
Outstanding service, advice and help from the wonderful staff at Portmans Westfield Doncaster ... and they have a great selection of clothes. Cannot recommend the store highly enough.
Portmans Doncaster was one of the best customer service areas I have been to. All of the workers that helped me were amazing, Adrien and another girl whose name I didn’t catch. It was like they knew exactly what to do to help us, and they weren’t overly helpful and didn’t force themselves to help and were polite and fun to be around. They made sure I had a great time there and I am very appreciative.
