I came recently in late afternoon to return my friends’s online purchase as she doesn’t live in area. I was not 100% sure if I’m able to return on behalf of her. That’s why I explained and kindly asked from beginning that how the refund works like “how it backs to original way of payment” The assistant lady with short hair was saying with a super cranky attitude “you can’t return it without original card”.
