I spent over $300 in store today and honestly had such an amazing experience! The girls were so lovely, patient and helpful from the moment I walked in. They assisted me with everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Their customer service genuinely stood out to me, so I had to come on here and give them the recognition they deserve. Such a lovely team thank you girls!
My husband and I were there with our kiddos during this incident. My husband and I witnessed what happened, and I came on here because I genuinely wanted to support those young girls after seeing how shaken they were. The yelling and aggressive behaviour from the “Mimi” customer not only created an extremely uncomfortable environment, but actually frightened our kiddos to the point where we left the store. To the Mimi lady, who gave a horrible review. I was present at Bankstown during this incident and witnessed the interaction, and what I saw was very different from how it has been described in this review. I was waiting nearby for my wife and could hear and see the interaction. From the beginning, the customer approached the young staff member, slammed the pants onto the counter and demanded a refund. Horrible customer service by the store manager at Bankstown today who literally chased and yelled at us to “get out of my store” after requesting her name to provide to head office re her decision to not exchange a faulty product. I highly suggest head office to review any cctv footage inside the store to observe her highly inflammatory and aggressive behaviour towards customers. I am having the best ever shopping experience with both Elena and Nora at Portman Bankstown’s today! I walked in thinking of one pair of pants. They were very passionate and patient showing me different sizes I tried very happily end up buying a lot more pieces I really like however feeling really happy as I got what suits and make me looking great! Can not recommend more of them and the shop!!!
