I visited last Friday, there was 3 sales staff working. I was keen to try and buy a new work wardrobe. I was carrying at least 10 items in my hand, it took 20 mins for one staff member to look up and offer to put the clothes in a change room for me.The entire time I was walking around holding everything, I was asking staff for help/info about items eg "do you have this in another colour", the lady would always reply NO, but then when I walked around more I would find another colour myself (why not help me out?).
