Giving this place one star is purely on the staff at reception and nothing more. Shocking service, lady had no clue what she was doing and went elsewhere for a proper service. Could go on and on but not enough time! Official complaint and got a successful result. My opinion, do not go there
Really nice place and very kind and helpful staffs.
Staff never answer the phone and after being a few minutes late due to temporary traffic lights they would not see my child even though every time we have an appointment we are never seen on time sometimes up to an hour later than our appointment not a great service at all, they clearly have taken on too many patients and are spreading themselves thinly, meaning poor customer care
