I sent Portlite a request for a quote for the security door I wanted. George, the owner, sent me back a quote after coming and measuring. I told him specifically that I wanted a steel door. When he sent back the quote, I replied, asking him specifically if the quote was for a steel door as I had seen some neighbour's doors that had an aluminium frame and I didn't want that. George was very prompt in coming to measure the door. He also took time to organise the colour shade I wanted by having samples made. He was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him.
