excellent My daughter's wedding was this weekend and we chose Portland Style Cheesecake for the wedding cake. The cake was beautiful and scrumptious. The staff- especially Kim- were easy, helpful, and very efficient to work with. Everything went smoothly from the moment of tasting, through the design process, creating the cake, delivering the cake to a Salem venue, decorating the cake on site with fresh flowers, and of course, eating the cheesecake!
