Portland Schooner Co provided an amazing trip for me & my friends. We opted for the sunset sail on the windjammer, which we would all highly recommend. Everything was very straightforward & we were able to bring our own snacks/drinks & just enjoy the ride. They also made it easy to add our tip online since we all forgot cash. Special shoutout to Johnny for being so friendly & super fun to talk with!
Disappointing Sailing Experience Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing sailing experience. We spent the entire trip virtually in the same place and never really got moving or experienced much of an actual sail. For the price we paid, we expected to spend the time cruising and enjoying the experience on the water. The crew also did very little to engage with the passengers or make the trip enjoyable. The customer service at this company is exceptional! Kaitlin was quick to answer all my questions, return emails about reservations, and was overalls just very lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
