Nolan was very professional and explained in detail everything he could for me. Then he did more than he promised. We will definitely use them again.
Nolan came to our home, and was very polite and professional. We have used several cleaners in the past and the carpet always looked nice for about two days, then the dirt and stains always came back up, But with Acclaim, our carpets looked awesome for months, they really looked new again. He must use better products in his machine. will always call Nolan to clean our carpets
The carpet has not been cleaned in 3 years. Two teens, one large dog and a cat well, you can imagine what the carpets looked like....I had hoped to have it at least a bit cleaner. Wow, is all I can say! The carpet was given the products and time it needed to look beautiful again. I will be doing business with Acclaim again and will recommend it.
They were careful of my belongings and exceeded my expectations. My carpet looks new again. I will definitely tell all of my friends. Thank you Nolan great job.
