Wife and I at boarding was separated. She was placed in the middle with the pilot. I was placed with a couple who later proposed and I was in the way. We paid full rate to be separated? Couldn't hug and kiss over looking the sunrise. Pilot who we later found out was the owner (thanks for informing folks prior to tipping). Every attempt to talk this out from the owner was shot down. Making us pay full price even though we were the only couple separated. Never will I recommend this company.
