Booked an appointment and tried to call to reschedule only to reach a computer and no way of getting through. Finally got a call from Jules 2 minutes after the scheduled time and was told she would be charging me full price. I got scammed. Do not recommend
Genuinely a terrible experience, they will charge you money for doing nothing.. Jules is very judgmental and self centered. I wouldn’t recommend
