I visited Donna in early October 2022 with a suspected plantar fasciitus in my left heel. After questioning me about the pain and my experience, Donna confirmed the diagnosis and then gave me some very sound advice. She talked firstly about good shoes. She didn't tell me what brand shoes to buy, but instead gave me 3 criteria to judge the shoes on.
