Last year, I relocated to the Portland area, and One of the highlights has been The acquisition of my fantastic Kawaii upright, courtesy of Portland piano. Their customer service is excellent, and I am never happier than when playing, my dogs never seeming to tire of the free concerts.
I will never use Portland piano company ever again, highly disrespectful, rude, and did not care about one piano and they were talking trash about my piano because it is not a high quality piano
Portland Piano Company sold our grand piano on consignment. It was seamless. They picked up the piano and sold it approx 4 months later. We received a check for the amount they said we would get. Overall, we are very pleased with the ease of selling our piano on consignment with PPC.
Justin assisted us with purchasing a used piano and he was very helpful, friendly, and straightforward. The transaction and delivery went smoothly and everything was as described. We are extremely happy with our new (used) piano and the service we received.
Had a great experience at the Portland Piano Company. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, answering all my questions to help me narrow down a piano best fit for me. There is a large selection of inventory and they price matched on the spot. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into purchasing a piano
