Had a great experience at the Portland Piano Company. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, answering all my questions to help me narrow down a piano best fit for me. There is a large selection of inventory and they price matched on the spot. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into purchasing a piano
From our first encounter with Justin to the delivery of our new piano, we have been very thankful. Justin represented the company well; always available for questions and quick to respond, well informed about pianos and willing to make adjustments so we could get the piano we hoped for. The delivery/ pick up of old piano crew was outstanding and efficient. Our new Kawaii piano is a beauty from the outside to the sound that fills the sanctuary of our Church. Thank you for setting us up for years of enjoyment!
Would strongly recommend Portland Piano Company. Kawai pianos are amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. The delivery was well organized through the West Coast Piano Moving. Very positive experience so far and pretty sure for many years to come.

I began looking for a “new to me” used piano when I was told by a respected tuner that my old upright was no longer tunable (he actually used the word “landfill” when I asked what to do with it).
