Very poor experience with Portland Pain care. I went for a consult after being referred for an EBP. It was clear that David Klamberg liked the sound of his own voice more than hearing from the patient. I think I got 5 words in via interrupting him, for people in pain advocating can be hard enough without someone talking over you. Turns out his lack of listening caused him to explain the wrong procedure. I was explained a painless 30min no sedation visit. Spent half a day driving to the surgery clinic and getting dosed on pai... read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00am on a Monday morning, I did everything right, I filled out my paperwork ahead of time online, I left in plenty of time to make it to my appointment on time, there was an accident a few cars ahead of me on my way to the appointment, I called the office to let them know that my map said I would arrive at 8:04am and the Doctor cancelled my appointment that I had been waiting weeks for and told me I needed to reschedule! I cant think of a single example when a Doctor was on time for any a... read more

I had a consult with nurse practitioner David. He came in the room and spoke at me for almost the entirety of the meeting, while his body language and tone of voice clearly showed he wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. He was nervously tapping his foot the whole time, and while I was talking he was tapping his fingers on the desk and even yawned while I was in the middle of asking a question. He seems knowledgeable but his bedside manner is horrendous and does not reach my standard of care. Dr Stapleton may be go... read more

This Place wasted my time and Money. Talked to them about injections and they said come in. After waisting an hour of my time they said you need to go to physical therapy first. It's total Bullshit because they knew already that I hadn't been to physical therapy because they knew all my medical history. Then the icing on the cake they sent me to a collection agency. So ask if you need physical therapy before they waste your time and Money.

I was led to believe by a referring doctor that this location would be able to help identify the cause of my pains. Making this visit a waste of time and money. Not only that, I made an appointment to see Dr. Stapleton instead I saw a nurse who was unable to help besides basic information and sceduling a procedure I didn't want in the first place. They charge the cost of a specialist visit for what would barely warrant an email!
