Michelle is a gifted practitioner who uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilization, cranial oesteopathy and soft tissue massage. She has a calming and empathic presence and she takes into consideration what is happening in my body as a whole- not just the area/s of pain. My body feels so much more supple, flexible and 'lighter' after her sessions and I feel that Michelle's ability to 'read' what is happening in my body helps me effectively manage my health issues.
