Very nice friendly understanding people that run Portland mini storage. You want have any problems if you do what you are asked to do. They are clean great prices and has a locked gate. If you read the contract and sign it the you should go by it and not blame the owner for your mess ups because it's not their fault you don't follow rules. I will tell people about Portland mini storage.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They take 0 responsibility for there mess ups. I had auto pay set up and they weren't taking it out but didn't call, didn't text, didn't email, nothing never notified us it wasn't taking. When we did find out we paid a payment of 200 because we were told we were 275 behind which doesn't add up especially because I was told late fee was 5$ and payment was 40$ but my mom was told 20$ late fee and 50$ unit and we were only late 3 months and neither way does that equal up to 275. I had a story unit there they got broken to and I lost everything I had if I had not had insurance myself which they formed come through again
