I rented a unit from this facility and never used it. I had attempted several times to contact them about getting my money back, at the very least my deposit, as the gentleman had made it clear a $50 deposit WAS refundable. Finally today, I decided to leave a message and hours later the elderly lady called me back and I explained that I never used the unit at all. And I needed to see if I could get my money back. Very nice friendly understanding people that run Portland mini storage. You want have any problems if you do what you are asked to do. They are clean great prices and has a locked gate. If you read the contract and sign it the you should go by it and not blame the owner for your mess ups because it's not their fault you don't follow rules. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They take 0 responsibility for there mess ups. I had auto pay set up and they weren't taking it out but didn't call, didn't text, didn't email, nothing never notified us it wasn't taking. When we did find out we paid a payment of 200 because we were told we were 275 behind which doesn't add up especially because I was told late fee was 5$ and payment was 40$ but my mom was told 20$ late fee and 50$ unit and we were only late 3 months and neither way does that equal up to 275.
