After realizing we needed a custom mattress and box spring for our antique bed,we reached out. From going from trying to modify the bed frame locally to having a custom new mattress to specs was a lifesaver. Cassie handled everything from measurements to detail and we had our new mattress ordered and made within the month. We were too far for delivery but it made the experience more personal. Highly recommend Portland mattress of new England. Thank you again for custom fit.

Generally speaking people don't change their mattresses very often and buying a new one can be a very stressful experience. Everyone at Portland mattress makers especially Cassie at the store went out of their way to make sure my experience was as pleasant and painless as possible. They genuinely are concerned and when I got my new mattress and realize that the foundation was too high that they worked with me and they exchanged it for a lower one and everything is perfect. My recent purchase was a Boothbay natural latex queen mattress with a platform adjustable base. All aspects of this buying experience was outstanding. Cassie was exceptionally helpful and patient in promptly answering my many questions and clarifications. She was highly knowledgeable and very customer focused. This was the fairest mattress company I have ever dealt with. They showed me their product. They let me test it out and I decided which one I wanted And Iordered it. It came right on time. The delivery drivers were wonderful. They had to struggle to get it upstairs, but they did. The mattress is incredibly comfortable but supportive and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better nights sleep on any other mattress I’ve ever owned I strongly suggest Portland mattress makers for your next mattress.
