Purchased mattresses and adjustable frames in November 2024 at the recommendation from a coworker and we absolutely love them. The bed is so comfortable yet supportive and the delivery was timely and professional. Cassie in Manchester NH was an excellent and knowledgeable Salesperson. We are very pleased with every step of this purchase. It started with excellent information on the different mattresses that they offer. It made our selection easier. Cassie answered our multiple questions and never made us feel like we were too much. The 2 delivery people arrived promptly and called us right before arrival. Very polite, kind and the installation was great. The gift package of coffee was a nice touch and made us smile. We definitely would refer people and have already.
I needed to have a custom size mattress and box spring for an antique bed. Portland Mattress Makers happily and quickly made them for me.
