I Love that the mattresses are American made USA!! The phone representative was knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery was on time and respectful of my no shoe policy by taking off shoes before going into second floor bedroom, they were really quick at set up. All people involved were very nice. Also gave me a pound of coffee! Thank you Portland Mattress!
