We decided to check out Portland Mattress because it’s a local brand and maker, and we were very pleased. The showroom was nice, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which style and size would work best for us. Delivery was relatively fast for a handcrafted product, and the guys were great. The mattress is wonderful; no more back pain for me! Totally worth the trip and the price especially considering a good mattress is an investment in your health. Grateful!
Our total experience was great. The sales person, Cassie, was great. Not pushy at all. She showed us different models of the mattress. Helped us pick out our mattress and set up a delivery date for our mattress that will be manufactured as there was not one in stoke. We loved that. Delivery was right on time. Bedford Portland mattress company took a very professional approach in helping us with our customization needs. Their turnaround was extremely quick. We placed our new custom mattresses in our motorhome yesterday. They fit perfectly and can't wait to try them. Cassie, our sales rep was accommodating and patient.
