Between sales and delivery, we a very good experience. Sales was vey helpful while we were bouncing around the sales floor trying all the beds, they gave sound advice and were knowledgeable of the products. When it came time for delivery, the 3men that delivered were very friendly and respectful. I would recommend Portland Mattress to anyone looking to upgrade.
Easy process ordering in store. Delivery was seamless and they even took the old matress! Everyone involved was super friendly. The matress is high quality and very comfortable!
Choosing the right one was easy. Salesperson was really nice and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and courteous. First few nights have been great!
