We have had a positive experience from the purchase to the delivery to the sleeping. The bed has the perfect combination of comfort and support.
Going to Portland Mattress Makers in Portsmouth was the best decision I have made. The salesperson was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about every item in the store. I got amazing service when I called twice and then when I went in got a quality product. The twin/king box spring. I will be ordering other mattresses for a rental property as well as my own home this summer. I know I will be buying all of our mattresses here now.
Best, easy experience in getting a new mattress! Jean was very knowledgeable and helpful and let us take our time experiencing the different mattresses—key to making an informed, timely decision. Delivery guys were superb, appropriately friendly (even with the dogs!), timely and efficient. My husband and I would highly recommend Portland Mattress Company. And love their slogan—Sleep Local!
Looking for a mattress is not the easiest thing to do. But Portland Mattress Makers made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We ended up replacing all our mattresses and I’m so glad we did. They are so well made, high quality, comfortable and no off gassing. From the show room to delivery, everything was so well done and professional. I would highly recommend checking them out for your next purchase. Well worth it!!
