Bad work and worse customer service. None of the work was tested before they returned my boat to me. They didn't fix my TR1 unit at all, and in working on it, they double-pinched the fuel line on the kicker motor and totally disabled the swing brake, which could have caused major problems if I hadn't caught it. When I told them about it, they made excuses, then refused to reimburse me for about $250.00 worth of fixes.
