I want to thank the staff and Dr Adriano for the tooth extraction done for my mom Aletta, she was thrilled about the professionalism and the nurse with a cheerful smile for making her feel at ease, thanks a million Aletta Birkholtz
Recent appointment with Stephen for fillings, very re-assuring kind and professional manner left me feeling at ease regardless of my fear of dentists. Reception staff have also been incredibly friendly and welcoming. With friendly welcoming professional staff at a very reasonable price for dental care I’ll definitely be returning for any further dental care my family require :)
Just wanted to express that Shannon & Vanessa are both exceptional reception staff at Portland Laser Dentistry, they are always very accommodating and try to help their patients to the best of their ability. They are polite, courteous, friendly and have beautiful phone etiquette and are always welcoming upon arrival. Adriano is lucky to have you both as assets to his business.
I walked in today so anxious and nervous about having a wisdom tooth extraction. Well I needn't of, I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained and done gently. I left feeling so relieved that the tooth was out and I was treated with the utmost respect. Thankyou team.
