It is truly hard to capture in words what Noah has been able to teach me --- I came to him 6+ months ago after 1.5 years of severe chronic back/shoulder/neck pain. I went to Noah at Portland Integrative Physical Therapy, because I was dealing with recurring hip and lower back discomfort for two years that was preventing me from playing competitive sports and would inhibit my ability to move in certain ways.
