First off they are under staffed but they were polite even though the patients were not polite the room I was placed in had a leak I toilet for two weeks and i couldn't use it without walking through it and had to place towels around iti wanted to leave after the 20 days I was supposed to be there they claimed that I had a wound VAC so I couldn't but the first 7 days I had no machine so why not just let me leave after the 20 days and remove the VAC like they ultimately did anyways because if it was so important to have on I ... read more
If you are reading this and are the kind of person that stays on top of your family members' care, it will not be enough. This facility has dropped the ball so many times I won't have enough space on the review to write them all. From taking my father's belongings without even asking to my father having to physically call 911 for help because no one came to check on him when he had fallen on the floor with the door closed to his room and no attendant to check on him for hours.
