Was there two years ago to rehab the place smelled of urine even though they said they cleaned. They said they deep clean the rooms about every month but you still saw the swipe marks of the rags here and there on the wall. Some of the regular staff was sweet but most of them for there to collect a paycheck
I am 61 years old man who is dying from bone cancer,I thought it would be a decent place to die but it the worst eazer. The place doesn't take care of you at all they just try to spend your insurance money. I've only been here for 5 days and I'm ready to leave already what a shame. Don't bring your loved ones here please
My sister has been here for 10 yrs, I had a couple yrs where I wasnt happy with a few things, but never have I been concerned. They have the normal issues with the call light, but not because people are sitting around, its because they are understaffed. They call me all the time if anything at all happens. My sister is happy as she can be there too.
I got to this facility June 19th was Discharged July 26th... My insurance only covered 20days i told them I couldn't do private pay, Yet I was kept there after the 20 days because Nursing wouldn't Discharge me... Only 3 people were a decent help to me one was a charge nurse who was Agency worked the weekend, One was OT and one was PT I was a CNA for over 15 years A lot of those so called CNA's shouldn't even have a license...
