On 5/12/26 I got to the facility about 6pm his water bottle thing on the oxygen machine was empty he is supposed to be on oxygen 24/7 but not filled he doesn't get it. On 5/12/26 about 9pm I caught one of the nurse force my uncle's pills down his throat and then try to force his mouth open not very nice my uncle was sounds asleep and she raised his bed to force his pills in his mouth and when she gave him his nebulizer he didn't have his mouth opened wide enough so she grabbed his mouth and tried to open it for him and he sa... read more
My uncle has been in this place for about 6 months, they dont take care of the residents like they should. My uncle was so dehydrated his urin was a dark color like the color of coke a cola. They did nothing, said they can't do anything. Now he throwing up blood and they still don't care.
Few staff go out their way for you. But they rest treat you like a sack of potatoes. You lay in your wet depends for hours before getting changed. They have want to be nurses. Doctors don't get back to you for medicine. My insurance company put me here. This morning I asked for pain cream for my left and right shoulder. The nurse Shannon told me no use the doctor didn't order. But I've been told to ask for it. I'm in pain can't move my feet shoulder.
They took good care of me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
