Spoke to Jacob at Paris store. Some windows on house are 20 plus years old. Needed new screens. Jacob researched it and got back to me quickly. Ordered and two weeks later as promised they were in. What I paid may be the going price, I think especially considering the beyond excellent service , the efficiency and the accuracy, the “price” was particularly fair. How do I rate a business? Great experience! Needed a replacement screen for a sliding door rebuilt from scratch. Brought in an existing one and they made the new one perfectly. The best part was it was ready the next day. The customer service was great as well.
