We had a very disappointing experience with Portland Glass. We first contacted them in late September/early October to replace cracked and damaged panes in our antique exterior French doors. We were quoted an approximate 4-week timeline. From the date the doors were measured, however, it took nearly 3 weeks just to receive an estimate, followed by another 2 weeks for the glass to arrive.
