I had my passenger window replaced here and when I picked it up the window was uneven and could barely open a few inches. They informed me it was due to a bad regulator and that it would need to be replaced. When I asked to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car, I was told he was unavailable but would call me back asap to deal with repairs. I never did receive a call back.
