I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Portland Glass.
People ware friendly at front desk. Doug who came to our home for estimate was nice and knowledgeable. Jr. who did the installation for our sliding doors’ glass panels was fast and neat, he also help us to fix the lock on another sliding door without charge, just super nice!
The replacement was for an office window near out entrance door. We barely knew the technicians were there. They came in, pulled out the entire window casing, replaced the window and cleaned up very quickly.
