Thank you Portland glass. I was told by another company the windshield could not be replaced and to drive it till the sticker ran out, then get rid of it. I was heartbroken as this is my Dad’s Lincoln 1999 which means the world to me. He is now in heaven since 2023. I was so thrilled when Portland Glass replaced the windshield for me. It’s just beautiful. Thank you Portland Glass. Be assured I will be telling everyone how great you are. You are all a great team.
Had a rock damage to my windshield back in November. They repaired it with resin, which worked great until last Wednesday, when a long crack developed from the crack. Went to have windshield replaced. Once done (very quickly, may I add) I was told that the crack repair cost was being credited towards the new windshield! Very happy with price and speed of replacement. Windshield is also very clear, no optical distortions of any kind.

Great experience, start to finish. Chris at the desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Josh helped with a fix that the original window manufacturer wasn't willing to do. Manufacturer's solution? Buy and install an entirely new window. Josh saved me hundreds of dollars (likely way more). The work was clean and very well done, too. I'm already planning to go back to them for a couple projects around the house and will go to them first when my older windows legitimately do need replacing.
