Had a rock damage to my windshield back in November. They repaired it with resin, which worked great until last Wednesday, when a long crack developed from the crack. Went to have windshield replaced. Once done (very quickly, may I add) I was told that the crack repair cost was being credited towards the new windshield! Very happy with price and speed of replacement. Windshield is also very clear, no optical distortions of any kind.

Great experience, start to finish. Chris at the desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Josh helped with a fix that the original window manufacturer wasn't willing to do. Manufacturer's solution? Buy and install an entirely new window. Josh saved me hundreds of dollars (likely way more). The work was clean and very well done, too. I'm already planning to go back to them for a couple projects around the house and will go to them first when my older windows legitimately do need replacing.
I had an early morning appointment but the confirmation text said I could drop the car off the night before, so I did. I was not in any hurry but since I did have an appointment, I assumed the windshield would be installed within a few hours of that time. When I called after 4 hours, the person on the phone told me it would be the end of the day. Since he did not ask my name, I assumed he just made that up.
