Great experience, start to finish. Chris at the desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Josh helped with a fix that the original window manufacturer wasn't willing to do. Manufacturer's solution? Buy and install an entirely new window. Josh saved me hundreds of dollars (likely way more). The work was clean and very well done, too. I'm already planning to go back to them for a couple projects around the house and will go to them first when my older windows legitimately do need replacing.

I had an early morning appointment but the confirmation text said I could drop the car off the night before, so I did. I was not in any hurry but since I did have an appointment, I assumed the windshield would be installed within a few hours of that time. When I called after 4 hours, the person on the phone told me it would be the end of the day. Since he did not ask my name, I assumed he just made that up. The staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful - got the job assigned and done quickly when another shop failed to deliver. PG is great!
