Terrible customer service. I got an estimate for replacement windows and called them many times to schedule an install. Every time I was told they would get back to me “in a couple days.” I’ve never heard back from them.
Professional, courteous, took care of the insurance, job looks great, you don't see that much anymore.Highly recommend to anyone who needs glass.
I had given up hope of getting repairs done on a decorative mirrored piece of my Mom's. Portland glass in one day had it completed and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Don't just think of them for auto glass. It was a long shot walking in their shop but I am so glad I did. Thank You
