It was so refreshing to talk to a proffesional glass personal after calling others in the area. They helped me answer questions regarding an automotive restoration. I have used Portland glass in the past with a home custom shower project, which they were awesome. Great folks
I would not recommend using the Augusta Portland Glass. We had them come out to replace balancers in our windows, which the tech told us was a super easy job. We were quoted $50 to do both windows and when I called to schedule the appointment, they tried to say it was going to be $200. They also cracked two pieces on the window, one on the track and one on the outer window piece. When I called the office to discuss the damage, I was told the manager should call me back within the hour. I have called twice and still nothing..... read more
I had a good experience at Portland Glass in Augusta. They were courteous, professional, and took care of my screen repair job ahead of schedule.
I called them 3 weeks ago to come to my house to replace a window. They never came or called...no show
