I have used Portland Glass on Western Ave in Augusta multiple times . I have nothing but good things to say about them. I mean the employees! The merchandise I have had to order is also quality. Yet the biggest reason I go back and recommend them is the employees .
Very professional! Job was done within three weeks.
A Portland Glass set a windshield wrong and it stress cracked after a few months. Their glass warranty “only covered the glass” and I had to pay for the labor and moulding again due to their error. This was 10 years ago, I was recently reminded of how much I dislike Portland Glass, now a day I would have just charged back my credit card, but I was young and didn’t have a lot of money or a credit card. So what I will offer to everyone else is a piece of advice to go to a different place for your windshield replacement!
