the service from this place is absolutely horrible. we have been waiting 3 months for our home window to be reached after calling getting an estimate and paying a 50% depoit. 3 times they were scheduled to come out and do the replacement and all 3 times they were a no show and no call. everytime we called them we got a different excuse and story about why they never showed and never called us. after finally having enough and requesting a refund of our deposit the guy we were dealing with made it clear that he would not refun... read more
