So many good things to say about Portland Furniture. First of all, the owner/designer, Dana, is lovely to work with and so knowledgeable. She can take a rough idea that you might have about a sofa or a chair and make it into an amazing reality. She has made several pieces for me and several for my brother, and they are all amazing. I needed something special for my living room and decided to try Portland Furniture. The custom sofas and accent pieces looked beautiful in photos. The staff especially Dana helped a lot with sizes and design so it wouldn’t end up too big or too small. The sofa I ordered arrived soft and well-made, though it did take a few weeks longer than they first told me. But in the end, it was worth it the piece looks great. If they improved communication about delivery times, they’d be perfect

I love shopping at Portland Furniture! We've already purchased two accent chairs and a curved sofa for our living room, and we're coming back for more. I especially appreciate their friendly service and professional expertise. I highly recommend them! Dana is amazing to work with, she is literally helping me design my whole living room. I went to the Portland Furniture showroom on SW 23rd to have a conversation with Dana about the sofabed her company made for me. Weeks earlier, she called to say that my sofabed was finished and in her warehouse, ready for delivery. Unfortunately, she had forgotten to add the bed part to the order. So, no bed, just a sofa. Fine…people make mistakes. Luckily, we had no guests on the books. And, she absorbed the $250 cost of the eventual delivery. We've made multiple purchases from Portland Furniture over the years and will never go anywhere else. Great customer service and a wide selection of comfortable, affordable, locally made/sourced items. Dana is wonderful to work with and her prices were always lower than other places we looked. Highly recommended!
