Very disappointed with service . Booked and paid for flowers & delivery on a Monday (to be delivered the following Thursday). Thursday came and went with no delivery. I rang the florist directly during the day and each time had no answer but a recorded voice saying that messages could not be left. The important anniversary date came and went . No excuse provided - but a refund was processed by the florist booking network (Petals) . So disappointed with poor service. I’d recommend finding another florist if you want your flow... read more

Ordered flowers for my Aunt's birthday. Researched many shops as I am in Australia. Ordered ages ago and got a notification today that they have been delivered. Only, apparently, my Aunt not only didn't get her flowers, she had to call the shop to find out that they cancelled all orders until tomorrow due to some storm at 2 AM and being without power. Now, I don't know why being without power prevents a car from delivering flowers, this part I can understand. What I don't understand is why I got a message saying they were de... read more
