Jay and Landon were great! They were friendly, they kept a clean, organized job site and the work was super skilled and thorough. My new chimney was done right! Brittany, my project manager, was also attentive, helpful and communicative about the process with scheduling and keeping track of the invoicing, etc.
We are extremely HAPPY with our two new fireplaces ! And Nile and Kenny who came to do the work were exceptional. We had read the revues and were impressed, then we called for a quote. It was expensive but as the City of Beaverton inspector said, «they did an incredible job in a difficult chimney structure.» My husband and I felt 100% comfortable having them in our home - I think it was 8 days. We had an issue with our 70 year old chimney at our cabin and needed some work done. Portland Fireplace and Chimney extensively reviewed and made recommendations. They provided us many options we selected a few. They delivered on time and our chimney looks and works beautifully. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Pleasure working with such great crews.
