I’ve been to this clinic before, so this wasn’t my first visit. But today’s experience was so disappointing that I feel I need to share it. I had two appointments booked for my 5 and 3 year old. My 5 year old had been looking forward to it. he has had these check-ins before and was excited. Aujourd’hui, mon épouse a emmené nos enfants à cette clinique dentaire et, malheureusement, ce fut une expérience très décevante et stressante pour notre famille. Elle est rentrée à la maison bouleversée et profondément déçue par la manière dont notre fils a été traité. Le personnel a fait preuve d’un manque de professionnalisme et n’a pas su gérer la situation avec la patience et l’attention que l’on devrait toujours avoir avec des enfants. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais voir le Dr Maxime Vézina très à l'écoute en bon français ( sur la coche ) ou si c'est mieux très professionnel je le recommande mais la secrétaire un peu sec en parole quand on comprend pas quelque chose mais pas grave bon service
Très mauvais service du dentiste Maxime Vézina …. N’assume pas ses erreurs et ose demander des solutions aux patients
