RecommendedI want to give a huge thank you to Portland Collision as my car was in an accident on Monday and I have it back and fixed and even my interior cleaned spotless. I have never had experience like this and all the employees that I came in contact with were so nice in such a crazy time with many accidents. I will highly recommend them and if I have another situation Portland Collision will be where I take my car.
Terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I came in. I was told that it would be 1 to 2 months before work could start. I went to Moody’s in South Portland and they took me in with open arms, offered me a drink and hooked me up with my rental.
Portland Collision was absolutely phenomenal! I got my vehicle back in better condition than before I was in the accident. I would highly recommend going here for any type of body work. Hopefully I do not have to go back anytime soon, but at least I know where to turn if another accident comes my way. Thank you all! p.s. GO PENS! :)

Took my SUV into this repair facility and everything was done with perfection, fast service with great results! The staff was very courteous and professional. When I had questions, they had no problems taking the time to explain everything in detail. Ive been to many facilities around town and this is by far the best! I would recommend this to anyone needing a good repair facility that you can trust.
