Just a great experience all round. I can not compliment PAF enough for how easy they make all my deliveries. I deal with freight to NH&ME multiple times a month, and those handled by Portland go seamlessly every time, especially compared to having a guaranteed issue every. single. time. with thier MA/NH equivalent, Pilot air freight. PAF also has the best delivery driver. He communicates, and doesn't break our glass.
Not sure who the delivery guy was. But this company's driver exceeded my expectations. My driveway isn't exactly the best in the winter.And this driver bought the package right to the house.Backed all the way in. Very exceptional service.
Called to inquire on cross-docking and was told they don't do that, no one available so not sure what they do there but advertisement is false.
Portland Air Freight called ahead of time, scheduled a delivery, the driver called, ahead of time. He asked if he could deliver early. The material was not damaged... What else could you ask for?
