Not sure who the delivery guy was. But this company's driver exceeded my expectations. My driveway isn't exactly the best in the winter.And this driver bought the package right to the house.Backed all the way in. Very exceptional service.
Called to inquire on cross-docking and was told they don't do that, no one available so not sure what they do there but advertisement is false.
Portland Air Freight called ahead of time, scheduled a delivery, the driver called, ahead of time. He asked if he could deliver early. The material was not damaged... What else could you ask for?
